1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPT Image 2 AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GPT Image 2 AI is an independent AI image generation platform powered by the OpenAI API. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI. "GPT Image 2" refers to the underlying model provided by OpenAI; our service provides a subscription-based interface and API for accessing that model.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

  • Content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you generate using the Service, subject to OpenAI's usage policies for the underlying model. The GPT Image 2 AI platform, including its interface, code, and branding, remains the property of its operators.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription pricing will be published prior to launch. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability depends in part on the OpenAI API and may be affected by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Image 2 AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
